Staff

The Camp of the Peaks is maintained by missionaries who take care of all aspects of camp life. They are often times helped by volunteers. These missionaries work for the Camp full time and are supported exclusively by individuals and churches in the United States and Australia.

The Guffey Family

Tom, Brenda and their children : Terah (currently in the US), Rhéa and Noah
Tom is co-director with Marc. An artist at heart, his main responsibilities are planning and organizing individual camps. Brenda is a teacher. Her main responsibilities are the organization of meals, menus and cooking for certain camps.


The Lindquist Family

Lynn, Rose, Miranda, Miriam, Morey, Merrick and Malon
Lynn is in charge of facility maintenance and Rose is a counselor, cook and nurse for various camps.


Marc Neddo

Marc is responsible in the area of organized camp programming and French administration.
He is co-director with Tom. He also takes care of the various sports activities and hikes during the camps.


The Hoyle Family

Marc, Elizabeth, Isaac and Kathryn
Marc, son of Ronald and Doris, missionaries in France for 40 years, came back to France with his family in 2006. Between his architectural projects, Marc is available at Camp des cimes when needed: breakfast, children or youth counselor, evening events, service and maintenance. Elizabeth helps with the children and the cleaning for some camps.


Dan & Candide Weekes

Dan, from Australia and Candide, from France, were both involved in CDC for years before they eventually met there.
They also got married there in 2009. Dan and Candide now live in Bourg d’Oisans and continue to be heavily involved in the general running of Camp and camps. Dan helps out with maintenance and any camp activities (especially if they involve biking, climbing and hiking!), while Candide helps out with accounting and cleaning whenever she gets a chance!


CALEB MCCOY

Caleb has been working at camp since 2003 doing maintenance, leading hikes, and leading theater workshops. He enjoys playing and coaching american football for the Grenoble Centaures. He also enjoys skiing and hiking.
He started the Amos 4:13 project during the summer of 2011, hiking to refuges in the national park next to camp and asking the caretakers if he could leave a Bible.
ALLISON MOORE

Allison Moore works at Camp since 2009. She is a counselor and helps organising camps.
From Canada, she is now settled in the mountains and takes a lot of pleasure to explore them!
